The flavor profile for this sweet ginger and lime sauce has it all! It is sweet, tangy, and savory.
We had originally created this nut-free recipe when I needed to stay away from peanuts and other nuts due to my Intestinal Candidia. Now, I am allowed to have peanuts again, but still prefer using Sunbutter's sunflower seed butter over peanut butter. It creates a creamy sauce that can be used as a dressing, dipping sauce, or used for noodles or stir-fries.
Granted, if you can have peanuts or other types of nuts, feel free to replace the Sunbutter ingredient in the recipe below with a nut butter choice you prefer!
