Ingredients:
2 bananas, fresh or ripe
1/2 cup nut butter (we used a chunky version to add pieces of nuts to our brownies)
1/2 cup almond flour or oat flour
1/2 cup avocado
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1 tablespoon vegan protein powder (we used hemp seed protein)
1 teaspoon baking soda.
Chocolate chips, optional
Sprinkles, for topping optional
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a brownie pan with parchment paper and set it aside.
Add everything to a bowl and mix well until combined. If wanted, fold chocolate chips into the batter.
Pour into the parchment-lined brownie pan. [Optional] Add chocolate chips on top of the batter.
Bake for 45 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to cool before adding sprinkles or more chocolate chips on top.
Store leftovers in an airtight container, in the fridge.
