Our Guide to Planning a Food Allergy-Friendly Wedding

Updated: Oct 8

Our Guide to Planning a Food Allergy-Friendly Wedding - amanda macgregor and joseph centineo

We like to believe we have loads of wisdom to share on this topic. Our wedding planning process was a little shy of two years and it was important to us that we were both very hands-on and both agreed with every detail decided on. Together, we learned a lot from this experience. One detail we focused on, that most engaged couples normally don't have to worry about, was food allergies.

Over the years, we have shared our many experiences with how we manage my food allergies and our wedding planning is no exception. Here, we linked all the blogs into a sort of table of context, making a guide you can follow along as planning a food allergy-friendly wedding.

Everything from our engagement dinner to the bridal shower, the bachelorette party, picking our venue, as well as dress and ring shopping. You will be surprised how many places you need to consider your food allergies and your eczema.

Additionally, I also included some blogs we wrote that are not food allergy-related but just tellings of what we learned about planning an untraditional small wedding. We hope you find these useful.
