Easy Chickpea Patties

 

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Garbanzo Bean Flour

  • 1 teaspoon of sea salt

  • pinch of pepper for taste

  • ½ teaspoon corn-free baking powder

  • 2 tablespoons dried parsley flakes

  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

  • 1 cup hot water

  • oil of choice for cooking

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the ingredients from chickpea flour to onion powder.

  2. Add in the lemon juice and hot water and mix until well combined.


  3. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook patties for 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and crispy.
