Homemade Vegan Buttermilk Recipe

Ingredients
1 cup of your favorite dairy-free milk
1 tablespoon white vinegar or apple cider vinegar
Directions
Pour the milk into a bowl.
Add in the vinegar and whisk to combine.
Let sit for 5 minutes until the milk begins to curdle and become acidic.
Use in place of buttermilk in recipes that call for it.
